I'm 5'2 I started in a tight size 20 now in a lose size 12 so 4 dress sizes since I started.

I know how you feel i'm 5'2 and can't seem to get out of the 160's. I get down and get so excited then I go up just to go back. I wish I had tips for you. I know some people say to switch up what you are doing but seeing as you are still losing I dont know.

I actually like being 5'2 the only draw back is if I where a few inches taller I would have less to lose! :)

Glad to read im not the only one that over did it! I had too much chocolate, deviled eggs, honey bbq chicken from walmart, chips, ugh I felt horrible last night my stomach hurt.

I have 36-35 depends on the day lol. I've lost 62-63 so far! It seems to be harder to lose now!

I agree with everyone else maybe you started with too high of expectations. Start out with smaller goals you can achiever for yourself. Something like drink one soda a day then slowly lower it till your not drinking them at all. Don't know if you drink soda but that was just an example. I started out only doing 10 minutes…

I still need to lose but I miss the padding in general! When my daughter plays and walks on me I feel it more now! I also miss being warm I get cold a lot easier!

I have a love hate feeling about it! I love that my daughter sleeps in a little later but I hate that she now stays up later! Not to mention the fact that I stay up way later!

I wonder about those spots also especially my stomach I already have the saggy lower stomach. I have a child also so I hear it is harder to tighten up the lower pouch. I have heard to give it 6 months to a year to tighten back up after you hit your goal weight. Hopefully it will all tighten up!

Hmmm if the apple cider vinegar helps with swelling i might try it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and if my joints could feel better with just one teaspoon a day im willing to give it a try. I don't care about the whole flat tummy thing. I mean that would be an extra bonus but to not be sore would be great!

I may have to try that so I don't get frustrated with it and give up! It wasn't bad the first 5 minutes the second 5 minutes I almost gave up after 4.

I do zumba on the wii but probably would never go to a zumba class! I will also only run at home I won't run on a treadmill at the gym.

I don't think I really have a type but the last few guys have all been Puerto Rican. I didn't specifically go after that it just kind of turned out that way!
