it has health benefits... but it won't change your weight loss if you take the oil you already use and replace it with coconut oil. it will just be an even swap! I use coconut oil.. but not for weight loss :)

my boyfriend once made a comment about a THOUGHT that I had. I expressed my desire to have a cheese Danish and his remark was "that doesn't sound very healthy" meanwhile, he is lining up for a Chinese buffet. LOL It is one Danish.. that I was thinking about having. I hate that I let him bother me.

I just want to be a single digit size.. I haven't been that since junior high. My sister in law told me that it was an unrealistic goal to be in single digit sizes... I'm not big boned... and I do not have an hourglass figure in any.. how would it not be possible??? that's my goal... an 8/9

toast with peanut butter... eggs with tortilla in it... protein pancakes made out of 1/2 banana, 1 scoop protein powder, and 3 T light egg white and a splash of water.. mixed, and cooked like a pancake sometimes egg whites in a tortilla with a slice of white American cheese... never ever eat oatmeal....

I'd love to see a recipe for the blueberry pancakes!! I make a protein pancake with 1/2 banana, 1 scoop of low carb vanilla/chocolate protein powder, egg whites and a little water... they turn out very tasty :)

When I have leftover calories.. I try to get as much food as I can for that amount.. LOL a chocolate bar might be more satisfying.. but for 400, I could have soooo much more lol that is just me :) I try to get more volume for my calories. Makes me feel like i'm not dieting :)
