Watching TMZ.

Usually on Mondays and Thursdays but sometimes I skip if I don't feel like using the scale.

Thank you for that site. All of the googling I did when I found out about my defect last year and I never came across it.

I wouldn't be surprised at the buttered popcorn being so high. I usually get a small popcorn with no butter. I always feel bloated the next day and wish I wouldn't have eaten it, but I know I'll still get it the next time. I don't up my workout, I try to make it fit in with my daily calories as best as I can and continue…

I drank Bigelow Raspberry tea for a couple of weeks to help with the withdrawal and gradually stopped that too. I have a glass of the tea every now and then when I need a boost, but I don't crave it

Another vote for uniforms.

I agree that you need to see a doctor asap. I can't imagine not going for that long. 2-3 times a day is normal for me. Last week I went three days without much movement and felt absolutely awful. If I were in your shoes, I'd have to go to the ER for an enema. You could have a blockage from being so impacted.

Looking great!

Welcome! I am running my first 5k on May 20. I'm so excited. Warning: running is very addictive.

What reasoning do they give for their belief that it is disrespectful not to have kids and who is being disrespected? It's a choice and a perfectly fine one.

Welcome! I agree with the others. "Diet" to me implies deprivation which leads to feelings of guilt and shame when one does not stick to the plan. I eat what I want but I make it fit within my calorie goal for the day. You will get a lot of help and support here.

Have you looked into Events and Adventures? It's not an online site, but they set up get-togethers and outings where people can mingle. My brother-in-law met his fiancee through E&A and a good group of friends. Several in their group have gotten married to people they met through E&A. I met my husband online. We were…

Been there done that. Regardless of the reason, when you know you should go, go. Don't waste any more time. Life is short.

Damn! You look fantastic! Congratulations!

I has a health issue I was recovering from, but I added regular exercise into my routine first and then joined here to track calories. The more I exercise, the healthier my food choices tend to be.

Congratulations!

I've been trying to net at least 1400 but no more than 1650. I usually work out 5-6 days a week. I'm 35, 5'6" and about 181 pounds.

My suggestion would be to get one with a front wheel that swivels. The ones with the front wheels that are stationary are a pain. I like the city mini says jogging stroller but the company says to not use it as a jogging stroller. The wheels are small and would not be good for running. Look at strollers that have the tires…

I agree that dieting doesn't work, but I don't look at tracking as dieting. I don't deny myself anything. For me tracking leads to conscious eating. The biggest thing tracking does for me is to help me control my portions. Tracking isn't something I plan on doing forever. I see it as a tool to retrain my brain and…

Mine was a Kathy Smith tape. I think I was 11 or 12 so that would have been in the late 80s.

If I know I'm going to be gone for a while, like through lunch, I pack my lunch in a cooler bag and eat it on the go.

Fantastic!

I don't think you have to be religious to celebrate the secular side of those holidays. For us Easter is all about the bunny and everything that comes with that like coloring eggs, candy, and egg hunts. Once the kids don't believe in the bunny any more, we probably won't celebrate it. Christmas for us is about celebrating…

I think before someone gets into that line of work they really need to do some soul searching and be certain that it is something they want to do and they need to consider the repercussions down the road with future jobs, significant others, children, etc. I have no problem with adult work and do not look down on anyone in…

Checking in. Interested in the responses since I just started running a few weeks ago.

I was working out every day, taking a rest day only when I felt I really needed it, but I've decided to make Saturdays my rest day so that I'm better able to do a long run on Sundays.

If I were to get a puppy I would definitely look into it. Our dog was adopted as a senior and though she has her share of medical needs the cost of the monthly premium is almost as much as we put out for her each year.
