I have a similar budget, paid biweekly, so I split it into $50 every two weeks. I've lost 40lbs and eat healthfully (everything as non-processed/macro nutrient requirement complicit as I can reasonably expect.) Basically, you've got to plan a menu for those two weeks, make a strict grocery list based on it, and stick to…

Wow, you look light years more healthy- it has GOT to feel good!

Personally, I don't like it. People have a range of weights they feel is good and right b/c that looks "good" on a 5'1"-5'5" person. It stems from women's magazines and other media. I feel it's rude b/c it's like they have to excuse you for being outside of that range. Basically, your weight is unacceptable or unfathomable…

This was so nice of you. I have your frame and starting point. I've been languishing at your "winter 2010/2011" for a while and it just seems so impossible I'll ever see any changes, sometimes. Thanks for the inspiration, and well done you!

I am aiming for 160, because that's what I was in high school when I was very fit. But to be honest, my goal weight is super flexible. If I feel fit at a higher number, I won't object to it.

I didn't realize that- I guess I don't shop there very often. I was actually going to browse there this afternoon, but I think I'll try the internet instead. Do you know what the discount site is called?

Thanks for the tip- I didn't think about mixing it with oats!

Thanks! Though I'm curious- why not at GNC?

It looks like a few people like myofusion! And thanks for the rec! Is the EAS pricey?

Thanks, I'll check those out.

Chicken soup?? I didn't even know that was a flavor. Do you mix it in with food (or, soup?)

You could try switching up the type of coffee you are drinking. Different types of beans/roasting produces different acidities. You could look for a smooth, mellow blend. Or, actually, I think Folgers makes an easy-on-the-stomach ground coffee. Or, like everyone else is suggesting- green tea. Less caffeine, but it's…

Proportions: I'm an hourglass Strength: My body constantly surprises me with how strong it is! Eyes: Boring blue. But if you look very close they are pretty :) Also they are a great shape for playing with makeup.

Good idea! I was looking for something to do in the morning this winter when it gets all icy outside!

WHAT? This is a thing? I will have to check this out. Though, I live on the second floor of an apartment building- yoga or something would be fine, but do you think anything more intense would be too loud for the downstairs neighbor?

Greek yogurt. All the time get some.

YES! There is a trade off- I believe the money you save is your pay for the planning that goes into creating a budget and meal plan. And the time you free up during the week is your bonus for actually sticking to it. It's just my sister and I, but I imagine with your children it's totally worth it! You can add me as a…

EGGS! I eat so many eggs. (They're a dollar a dozen at me local store.) I spend 15-20 dollars per week for healthy eating for two people. I would recommend planning out your menu for each week. ALLL the way. You should know what exactly you are having for breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks every day for seven days. (Schedule…

Great job!

You could have your button ups/jackets etc taken in! I always buy tops to fit my chest, and alter the rest if needed.

How long have you been going to Zumba regularly? Your body will get tired when you start intense exercise if you're not used to it. I had that problem where I was just exhausted everyday for the first few weeks. Eventually, your metabolism catches up and you get used to moving. Get enough sleep, drink enough water, grin…

eggs+tomatoes+spinach=dream breakfast Now if I could only wake my *kitten* up early enough to make it...

I am actually going to take the squats-in-the-bathroom idea away from this. NEVER even occurred to me.

Dr. Phil has his doctorate in Botany. He's a PhD in plants, not people ;) Though I suppose even though he's not a licensed psychologist, he seems to be good at motivating people.

Corn on the cob if you can still find sweet corn!

I use my HRM because well, I hate not being as accurate as I can manage. MFP always UNDERESTIMATES calories burned for me, though it's important to remember that whatever your HRM tells you, those calories burned INCLUDE what you would have burned for that time you're working out anyway. Remember to subtract that from the…

Wherever the real Donnie Darko is, I bet he is seeing some STRANGE things right now. But in all seriousness- Will it burn up a little as it enters the atmosphere like comets? Also, I imagine they are tracking that thing's every move. I would say there's no need for hyperventilation.
