100 cal breakfast. FILLING & HEALTHY!! :)

Goodmorning MFP!! I thought i'd share my delicious breakfast this morning. It was so good, only 100 cals.. healthy AND filling.
I basically made a egg white scramble.

I used:

-- Trader Joes liquid egg white beaters. I used about tablespoons which was 75 cals in total.
-- Cut half of a fresh tomato in thin slices.
-- Cup of organic spinach
-- Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning blend - 0 cals (used 1/4 tsp)

Heat up a skillet. I used canola oil spray for my skillet so it wouldn't stick on (0 cals, depending on how many sprays) I mixed the Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning in the liquid egg whites, then added it to the skillet. Waited about 2 mins to cook, then added the fresh tomato slices & thin/small cuts of spinach. Scramble from there & voooila! Delicious 100 cal breakfast. And great in protein :)
