  • can i ask where did you get the 30 day shread, and how much does it cost, im from the uk and alot of people on here talk about it and their success with it, how long is each work out and can you do level 1 for 30 days ?:smile:
  • Nice toned legs for the summer, you've done well, im the same as you brittany ive been stuck at 9lbs for the past 4 weeks ive been walking everyday for at least 50 mins and sticking to my calories but the scale will not move, any tips on what im doing wrong, and how can i get out of this plateau :grumble:
  • My tip is i bought a litre bottle of water and add a tiny bit of sugar free flavour drink to it and i leave it beside the sink or anywhere i am for a length of time and keep sipping at it, this really works for me and i can now manage at least 2 1/2 litres per day :smile:

  • im going tonight for one and chicken chop suey is on my list at 400cal with boiled rice, or you could go for a vegetable dish or chow mein enjoy! :smile:
  • so my start weight is 154lbs and has been that for two weeks, drinking 3 litres per day and maintaining 1200cals, just wish the scale would start moving, maybe this group will be the motivater :smile:
  • I can relate to you, i am within my calories of 1200 and drink loads of water daily, but im stuck this past two weeks on 154lbs, trying for my first goal of 140lbs and nothing is going, i don't know where im going wrong either, just have to stick with it i guess :smile:

  • I agree stay away from these diet pills apart from the price they have horrendous side effects, go with the normal approach stick within your calories and exercise regularly, you will see results eventually:smile:

  • I have the same problem with my digital scale, i have now resorted to the good old ww scale. Can i ask why would you not measure on a tiled floor, my bathroom and kitchen are both tiled???
