greek yogurt i add it to everything for extra protein and as a filler lol like with tuna, or a mashed banana and peanut butter and oatmeal, add it to everything also for some carbs, and just because i the texture, i have it at least 2 or 3 times a day

agreed! i mean yes of course you can drain the oil but when you are doing this your taking away all the healthy fats and just leaving the saturated fatty acids, i mean for 20 more calories might as well consume the healthy beneficial fats! that how i see it at least

I'm currently going to school to become a registered dietitian, and from everyone who i've spoke to who's completed the course work love their job and their life style there is so much you can do with a degree in dietetics and nutrition and so many new opportunities for it! i'd say go for it!!

low fat or fat free cottage cheese, low in calories and carbs but good amount of protein to support your muscles, you can mix it with just about anything too, salsa, tuna, fruits, veggies, i personally like banana mixed with it :)

Im actually going to yoga today! i was skeptical about it before but it feels great to stretch out after a nice long run and i've noticed a big difference in my flexibly plus my strides seem to be smoother i recommend it to everyone!

mhmm that sounds good ! i'm having greek yogurt mixed with pudding powder ( makes an awesome fluff mousey like texture ) with cherrios and almonds got my Kcals in plus my sweet tooth :) haha

AMEN! i'm getting so annoyed making meal plans for my friends and then see them at the drive thru of mcdonalds and then they ask me why they aren't losing, this isn't a quick fix its a lifestyle!!

i do both i love MFP to keep me on track , but then i like writing down throughout the day what im eating and what times with notes comparing how i feel that day ( like days i workout super hard vs. relaxed days) i feel like both are good and accurate to use!
