I love morning weight lifting, hate morning running. I'm actually faster and can run longer if I go later in the day. But weight lifting, circuit training, things like that, better in morning for me. And since I started my day off right I tend not to let me diet go to crap lol

Thanks :) I know trying to lose weight during it is a bad idea. I"m just not sure what the best foods to eat to make sure my body has the energy it needs is. Was hoping someone out there made a meal guide or something :)

If you were working out that much and only eating that amount of calories. So your body might be holding on to the extra calories. I would try upping your calories and seeing if that helps still.

I have used eating smaller meals during the day and it has helped me with the bulk of my weight loss. I know you can techinally eat your calories whenever you want during the day but it's not a good idea to go a large portion of the day without eating. I've lost 50 lbs with Zumba! And when I am in class it ranges from teenagers to women in their 60's. Best thing about it is you can truly make it your own workout! Just keep moving and enjoy the music.

and yeah strength training would be great if you really want to look smaller. You might not lose a lot of weight but the inches will come off :)

Your weight is in a healthy range and your calories are way to low. Why the need to lose that much weight so quickly? I understand wanting to be a lower weight but that mount is asking a lot of your body. You should try for .5lbs a week. Great if you lose more but it's more realistic. IMO

You should be proud of what you are doing. 10lbs is impressive and it's a big loss for one month. 3lbs isn't bad for short month either. But I really think you should pay attention to your BMR if you are exercising as much as you say you are. And I don't say that like I don't believe you, obviously with 13lbs in two months…

Thanks! I'm also gluten free so carbs are hard but I do replace the gluten things with non gluten carbs. Maybe i need to up that some. EDIT: I just started gluten free this month and this was happening before as well. Maybe even then i wasn't eating enough carbs.

On days that I don't work out I try to stick with my 1450 (same as you) but when I burn 1000+ a day. I eat enough back to be at 1450. Your body needs a certain amount of calories just to function (your BMR). Do not go below 1200.. so that means if you eat 1450 but work out 600 calories you need to eat 350 back. That is…
