Hi, I am 5 '9 1/2 and when I started here mid August I was 261. I didn't look it at all, I've never looked my weight. I'm a solid person. I have the exact same issues with running my chins start hurting. I understand u more than you know.

I'm 26 and still having difficulty doing Jillian Michaels DVD's. What worked for me was The Biggest Loser: The work out: Weight Loss Yoga. Your not moving to quickly but it truly works. helps with flexibility and its not too intense.

I use healthy life whole wheat bread. It taste great and its 35 calories per slice. I've also grown accustomed to wraps in different flavors. I love spinach and tomato basil flavored wraps. Not sure where u live but whole foods probably has something up ur alley

use the computer to find stuff on netflix then add it to your que. I always have to search on my netbook add then use my PS3. They have alot of workout dvd's on there.

I'm an avid netflix person. We literally use the wii and the ps3 to watch movies and we faithfully use the mail also. I never thought to get workout DVD's from them. I'm doing my que now and I'm about to search for workouts. Thanks for bringing that thought to my attention!!

I haven't tried Almond butter but I switched from vanilla soy milk 90 calories a cup to original Almond milk (Blue Diamond brand) 60 calories a cup. Its great.
