Not sure what type of work you do so this may not be possible: You can buy one of those mini crock pots (which is actually a warmer, not a cooker) and keep it at work. Bring your soup/chili/curry that is "cold" from your thermos. Put it into the warmer as soon as you get to work and it will be piping hot by the time you…

I've seen other members ask the same question and the answer has always been "no". That's so unfortunate. Would be great to swap recipes that others have tried and enjoyed.

If I go to a restaurant that doesn't have nutritional info, I just find a similar one and use the closest thing I can find. I always over-estimate to be safe, so if I eat 1/4 of a burrito somewhere then I find info from another place and estimate that I ate 1/2. Other people may do something differently. As for baking at…

Fan-freaking-tastic!!!!! You look so comfortable in your own skin now and you've gained about 20 years of youth! Thank you for sharing.

Looks like you've lost a lot of inches, too. Great job!

I weigh everything raw and then weigh the final cooked product. Then I plug the info into the recipe builder and I start with 4 servings to calculate what each serving's calorie count will be. If I find the calorie count too high, I increase the number of servings. Then I divide up the cooked food accordingly. For example,…

I don't have one to share but I've seen lots of great bar recipes on Pinterest. You should be able to put one together with PB, oatmeal, nuts, dried fruits and some honey or maple sugar if you like.

Last night I made shepherds pie and I used half potato and half sweet potato for the mash. Added a little stock, salt and garlic.

I believe another user asked this last year and no one had been able to figure out how (if possible). Maybe you can ask technical support?

Amazing work buddy! Yes, working out like a lunatic will not help weight loss when the food component is not in check. I don't have much time to get to the gym so my weight loss is also primarily due to CICO.

Getting into a bathroom stall used to be a tight squeeze. I'd have to maneuver all kinds of ways to get the door to close and it always felt like the stalls were very close quarters. Now, I easily walk in, close the door, and I feel like the stall is huge!

I've finally gotten back to somewhat "normal" periods after almost 5 years of struggling. I never thought I would actually be excited to get a period!

I only use salt and pepper to season. Then I sear it on both sides and finish in the oven. Delish!

How different my glasses look on my face now that the shape of my face has changed a bit. People keep asking me when I got new glasses! Lol

You're doing fantastic and yes, the pictures show an obvious difference. Great discipline!

Yes, I have the same feelings of discomfort (for attention from both sexes). As I lose weight, those feelings rise to the surface and it's a battle everyday. I find it difficult to even accept people's increased friendliness to me - I feel like I'm in the spotlight and it's a very uncomfortable place for me, especially…

I love how you stopped trusting what doctors said. I've gone through my own hell with thyroid disease and all they ever want to do is give me meds and tell me I'll have to have the the gland removed. No way!! Do you mind sharing what your symptoms of celiac disease were? I've been "tested" for it and told that I'm fine but…

Have you tried swimming? It's very low impact and great for people with knee/leg issues.

You are amazing and your "bat wings" are hardly noticeable. I would kill to have your arms! :)

You look fabulous! I especially love the before and after in the same pink dress. Keep up the amazing work!
