Almost halfway (-31 lbs in 14 weeks)-- PICTURES

In 14 weeks I am down 31 lbs (and counting!). I feel so so so good.

I have been doing a combination of food tracking (with the help of a dietitian), replacing 2 meals a day with an Isagenix Isalean Pro shake, as well as going to Orangetheory Fitness classes 3ish times a week, in addition to the regular gym on the days in between.

Here is a full-body progress picture after losing 30lbs (well, -35lbs of fat and +5lbs of muscle according to my body composition analysis done at the gym with the machine!). I had about 5" of excess fabric on the dress that I had to pull and clip to the back in order to take this picture (looks like I'll have to take the dress in before I attempt to wear it out!).


And I don't have an updated face picture, but here is a before/"after" shot after losing 23lbs
