I posted the worout routine in the origional post if you want to see what my routine was. I didn't get my bodyfat tested so I have no idea what the difference was. Substantial though, I would think. No lactose, soy or any other kinds of "milk" it sucked.

My only concern is the pics with peoples faces in them too. Those pics are now on the internet for anyone to take, see and do what they want with them. I am always shocked when people post full bra and panty shots and you can clearly see who there are as well.

The program is great! I have two weeks left in it. I did those crazy box squats last night! My husband has lost over 30lbs on it and looks amazing. I will do the program over again in a month or so.

If you were higer on Wednesday, then it would affect you on Thursday. I ate some ground beef with taco seasoning on mon and tues. Wed and Thursday I was up a cpl of lbs. It wasn't untill this morning (friday) that I was back down.
