Lifting question???

I lift frequently, but am getting to the point where the amount of weight I use for legs is more than my hands want to hold. Anything above a 25lb hand weight and the grip in my right hand is unreliable due to circulatory and tendon issues. I can use the sled for presses and squats, but lunges are still an issue. Any suggestions?
