  • Did RMR testing and have the GWF. so far the GWF is great, right on and accurate. have been able to adjust my weight loss etc based on readings.....like anything else you have to be honest with yourself......it is right in line with the RMR testing that i have done
  • :drinker: just went back to my reports to check the results. I started 4/26/09 at 199.4.......today 6/24/09 i am 15.4 lbs lighter.....still have a long road ahead of me but at least i am "walking" on it in the right direction for a change!

  • in addition to making the side dish the main dish, i found that by putting my salad dressing in a small container on the side also helps! you lightly dip the salad into it. It really help you cut down

  • Well i have been here now for 9 days. Have lost weight, 4 pounds(wish it was 40!) and am still haveing problems getting my cal. up. still not eating enough, but i am at least eating everyday and have actually doubled the amount of food each day!......My doc. kept telling me I wasn't eating enought, I thought she was crazy…

  • i use almonds and water...almonds really work for me.....you can have 27 of them but i can only get down about 10....chew alot and eat slow:happy: :happy:
