  • Call me crazy...I loved it! Those crow push-ups will be my new challenge to see how well I can do them. I did them but they didn't look as fluid as everyone on the dvd. I'm not even sure I got down very far because I was concentrating on getting my knee to my armpit. lol Looking forward to 8 tomorrow!
  • Those running mans come back later, too. I hated those but now I can do them. Someone suggested to focus on one thing in the room while you get through that one minute interval because it can be distracting watching the dvd as it moves around the room. It helped!

  • I tried the first workout tonight and really loved it! I recommend definitely watching the tutorial for form. I did the workout a bit slower most of the time. But I loved it!
