I'm 5'7". At my healthiest weight, I was around 130. I was working out with weights and swimming and running. I was a size 6 and had awesome back muscles. At my lowest weight I was 118, I ate crap food and but had to walk everywhere for a year (live on campus, no cars allowed). I would (as so many have recommended) do…

That sounds amazing ETA: I forgot to put my healthy snacks. I eat fruits (the sugars in fruit don't matter a ton, unless as someone stated, you have a medical condition), veggies, hummus, greek yogurt (this took me a few tries before I didn't hate the texture), and peanut or almond butter. I also eat oatmeal with less…

My first job was babysitting/nanny. My first real job was retail, Bath and Body Works. I had to take an aspirin before and after my shift to alleviate my headache from the smells.

I use to be a 20oz or more a day drinker, but now view soda (and it is usually root beer) the same way. But you definitely have to completely kick the habit first ;) Congrats!

I love masters! The whole show is awesome. I also enjoy Chopped and Next Food Network Star (though I know the latter is for the drama) :)

This was in the comment section: Making this tonight, can’t wait to see how it comes out! The big test will be if my boyfriend’s kids like it lol! One thing…I think your calorie count is a little off….MFP says it’s 108 calories for my recipe. Are you sure you calculated for the whole box and not just one serving? I just…

So we are already friends...I found your post through my newsfeed. This is why you shouldn't just workout really hard and then go on the internet...it's like being drunk.

Yes. This is totally what I'm looking for. Plus you have a really cool ticker ;) I will send a request, but anyone else is free to add me.

You may be the first person I've met that has heard of that show pre-Netflix. :drinker:

Yes! I could definitely use some geek friends! Love Sci-Fi and Fantasy books/tv/movies. Love video games. Love anime. Love board games. My latest in geekery was playing Animal Crossings and drinking out of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cup and listening to A Feast for Crows while waiting for jury duty. Feel free to add me…

At work we have it set to 70 usually. This week it has been at 65 during the morning and off during the afternoon. They are replacing the roof outside and shut the ac off when they put the tar down, so it can get up to 80/85 in our office. At home we keep it at 72 in the morning (we have large windows that face east and no…

You should totally be proud! You've done an awesome job and are so close to your goal! Congrats!

I saw this today and my first thought was to share it on mfp! Even if you aren't a runner (which I'm not), the first part about "The Blerch" is something I think a lot of us can relate to.

It is good to know I'm not alone.

Congrats! You look awesome!

Awesome job! You look fantastic!

Maybe try talking to your neighbors? Explain to them what you are doing, what times you are doing it, and how long it will take. If they still don't get it, maybe see if there is a cheap place? My local high school has a workout room and an indoor and outdoor track. The tracks are free, the fitness room is $1 a visit.

You are so awesome! :) Congrats!

I just played a new version the other day, Discovery, I think. It was fun, a bit more stratagy involved. I do not own the iOS version, I keep waiting for it go on sale. If H&G came out, I think I would give in...

A friend of mine lost 200lbs eating good (for you) foods, drinking craft brews (1 or 2 beers/day or every other day), and running everyday. So it is possible :)

I am half Korean, half various Caucasian mix. I was born in Korea, my mom is Korean. My dad's family has been in North America (Canada/US) since the 1700's, they are mostly French but with a little Irish/English/Scottish roots.

Yesterday I taught my niece how to play Carcassonne. Today, I made it to my goal of 45 minutes on the elliptical. Tomorrow, we'll see! I don't like to plan things, it makes me procrastinate.
