  • I coach my daughters softball team and we've had a game the last two nights. Great for burning calories but not for getting my steps in. I had 9149 yesterday and 8452 today. I'll make up the extras tomorrow.
  • I'm in. I just started trying to do this more. I love when I hit the 10,000 steps on my fit bit and it gives me a little congratulations. :smile: I need to focus on doing that every day.

  • I use the general arobics at 25 min. It's 248 cal. So about the same as the circut training one.
  • Just finished day 1. It kicked my butt. I had also started C25K and made the mistake of doing it first. I think I need to do it the other way around. It was really cute though, my 3 yr old thought that she was going to do it with me. Even made my husband put a tank top on like me. :)

  • Sorry about the gain, but cruises are so bad about that. I gained 10 during my last one. The food, the alcohol, it's all so tempting. Really push your fluids. I'm sure some of it is just water weight. Stick with it and you'll get it off in no time.
