Between my sisters birthday, my step-daughters graduation, and my grandma's 80th birthday, it was a terrible weekend. I didn't eat too horribly bad, but I didn't get my water in. I'm hoping most of it's water.

My height is 5'2". To be honest I want to be around the 110 to 120 lb weight range (this is my thinnest, when I was 15. I'm 25 now.) but even when I was a kid, I knew I did not have the lean body type. My coworker told me getting to 110 to 120 lbs would not be sustainable for me as a goal and somehow I think she is right. Any thoughts?0 -

Hey @ezraampo291 This isn't a straightforward answer, sorry! I don't think there is a simple answer to your question though.
I'm also 5'2" so maybe I can help out. My highest weight was 200lb and I'm currently sitting at about 143lb. I'm aiming for about 130lb. Firstly, at 15 you're still a kid - yes a kid who probably had started becoming a woman (god I sound like my mother) but you still weren't fully grown. It's pretty unreasonable to think that trying to get to that weight is healthy or sustainable.
Your body will tell you when you've gotten to a good weight. Rather than focusing on the number on the scale try to judge where your happy weight is by how you feel - feeling a bit heavy, clothes not fitting how you want them to? Maybe you can keep at it. Clothes comfortable, relatively happy with your body? Then that's a good weight for you.
It also depends on your body composition, you could try strength work to build muscle which might give you the aesthetic you want at a higher weight than if you're not so muscular.
