    Looks like I found this right in time! I've been in a slump since December. Gained back 10 pounds of 30 originally lost. I'm uncomfortable in my clothes, my self esteem is pretty low right now. I'm ready to snap out of this *kitten* and get my head back on straight. Here we go.

    My height is 5'2". To be honest I want to be around the 110 to 120 lb weight range (this is my thinnest, when I was 15. I'm 25 now.) but even when I was a kid, I knew I did not have the lean body type. My coworker told me getting to 110 to 120 lbs would not be sustainable for me as a goal and somehow I think she is right. Any thoughts?

    @ezraampo291 This opinion is totally based on my personal experience (I'm 42). I lost a significant amount of weight about 12 years ago; I went from 196 lbs to 146 lbs. It was the thinnest that I had been since high school but it was not realistic (for me) to maintain.

    Shortly after that, I started doing Crossfit and gained some weight back. Even though I weighed more, I was in much better shape health wise. I found that at 170 lbs I was at a size that I was happy with, in a shape that I was confident in and at a weight that I could maintain.

    My goal is to get back to 170 lbs and make it last this time!

    So I guess my advice is to do what works for you :smile: As long as you are healthy on the inside, work towards what make you feel good on the outside. Good luck!

    I think you can evaluate when you get closer to your goal weight.

    I'm very short: 4'10.5".
    6months ago, I got down to my lowest weight ever 113#, which was just 1# from my goal, and I still didn't really like what I saw.
    So my new goal is not really a weight number, but more about how much body fat and how lean I look/feel.
