ULTIMATE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: I don't have an ultimate goal yet, but I'd like to get down to at least 175 lbs.
I apparently blew threw my goal weight loss for this challenge with a total of 41.0 lbs in 11 weeks. I'm not really sure what I did this past week, but I had a huge loss of 5.4 lbs. This challenge was really fun and it helped to hold me accountable. I can't wait to do the next one!3 -

Funny how I landed on my EXACT goal weight. I started my journey weighing 230 lbs on 2/27/16. I thank everyone in this challenge for helping me stay accountable for my results. Since I am now at my maintenance stage, I am not planning to join the next challenge, but I will continue logging & tracking everything in MFP. I wish you all the best, as I work towards turning my focus towards gaining more strength & muscle.1 -
