It's been 4 days of no night-time snacking.
My secret?
I put myself to bed: wicked early, ~8:45pm.
But I also get up at 4:30am and I can get a lot of work done before the kids wake up.
Great outcome from this experiment!

I'm sure it's none of my business, but 115 is a pretty low weight goal for someone who is 5'7".
I'm not even 5', and I think 115 is a rather low weight for me.
How do you look?
Perhaps you would want to tone up and have nice definition and a hourglass shape (emphasizing the shoulders and hips to a small waist).
You're also not a teen who hasn't develop any hips or curves.
My daughter is a walking stick, but she's also 10years old.
Just watching out for you.

My daughter is 5'9" and 15 and also is a walking stick but she weighs more than 115....I would agree I'm not sure it is,a healthy goal.0 -

No progress on the scale this week. Had a hot dog bun Saturday night so the scale this morning is actually 144.6 - using Friday's weight instead. I think I'll be using Friday weigh-ins from now on as I am really great about avoiding bread during the week but give in on the weekend. I did successfully avoid pizza at Pizza Hut last night - had a salad instead. Am going to focus on avoiding bread as it completely negates any progress for the week. And I see no benefit from workouts if my food isn't in check. Would be so much easier if I was truly allergic to gluten - those gluten reactions are horrific and I'd have no problem avoiding it. Guess it's time to pull out my willpower and get stubborn.

1) Get in 200 minutes of exercise a week. - Did this but disappointed that I did so just barely.
2) 10k steps a day - did this only twice last week, the other days were utter failures in my book.
3) Eat at a deficit each week... definitely didn't do this.
Pleased with progress but feel like it is a false victory. Would like to be much more motivated. Today I'm getting back on track.
Going to get my workout in now and get close to my 10k by noon!
