    Everyone is doing so well. Right now I'm relieved that I stayed the same. I ate things I normally wouldn't eat on Saturday and Sunday. I can blame it on Memorial Day and there being other things around, but I always have other things around that are junkie that my family eats that I have to stay away from so it ultimately comes down to my choice. I've been back on track again today and that is an accomplishment for me. When I go off my healthy eating then I tend to get down on myself and have a hard time getting refocused. That's why I'm so glad to find you folks. Thank you. Soooooo...

    OK, so, not posting a good number. However, I did see 142 a couple days last week and know that my scale is up due to eating pizza and a hamburger - bread is not my friend, it causes me to retain several pounds of water for several days. And I'm confident it's only water because my calories were in line every day. But water or not, it's still irritating. But at least I know I should be able to post a much better number next week.

    Hello @nikkit321...you are doing great just checking in here and being accountable! Try not weighing yourself every day and once you see a total of 2 lbs down, you will really be motivated! You ar still down from your start, so way to go!
