So glad to meet you both! I think it's why it frustrates me with the standard MFP attitude that every calorie is equal. No, it's not. Not even close. I do have a question for both of you though. For me, those extra pounds stay 4-5 days, I just get back to where I was prior to The Incident and then the week is over. So those extra pounds don't just say several days, it actually negates any loss for the week. Is that what you find? Also, if I have bread, then have it again while still carrying the water, I get even more water piled on. Does this happen to you?
Perhaps we need our own support group. I think it'd be easier if I was actually allergic because then it'd be easier to want to avoid it.3 -
