Good thing I lost this week. I am going to spend a week caring for my granddaughters while their mom has her tonsils out. Exercise besides chasing them will be negligible. What I did right: Logged 15,000+ steps every day and stayed under calorie goal each day. (It helps that I am retired.)

And I had a sandwich at a graduation party Saturday, pizza that night, and a hamburger bun Sunday. grrr, why do I continue to do this to myself? All it does is eliminate the week's loss. So, rather than using this morning's weight of 145.2 which includes a lot of water weight, I'm using Friday's weight of 142.4.1 -

@nikkit321, if it makes you feel any better, bread LOVES me too - so much that one measly bagel will overstay it's welcome for 3-4 days. How can one food item that weighs a couple ounces in hand turn into a couple pounds in my stomach? I try not to give in to it's spell, but alas, I am only successful occasionally.
