No progress anytime fast. I indulged in pasta this weekend. Not sure why I continue to do this when I claim to be trying to lose. Obviously I'm not trying very hard if I keep eating pasta and bread. But I am exercising and drinking water, so if I get stubborn and eat the way I know my body needs this week, I should post a much better number next week. Perhaps I'm in more of a maintenance mindset, in which case I'm doing fabulously well!

I had surgery in early May and weighed about 245. Hard to say because I was retaining fluid and before the surgery it bounced around between 244 and 251. By late May I weighed 235, and I got back on MFP. I'm starting my log from when I have an MFP progress record and have adjusted dates when I weighed in close to the real day...
Height: 5'10.5" (that 1/2 inch is super important to me!1 -
I'm just getting started with MFP after a two month absence so I know I'm late to this challenge but I figure there's still about a month left. It can't hurt to have something to keep me accountable.

So I finally broke my month of 240 on June 6 when I weighed in at 238.5 and then June 13 with 235. Now I have pretty much been stuck at 235 for three weeks! This is getting frustrating when I know that I'm following the plan my dietitian and I worked on. I've even had pizza and ice cream here with everyone else eating them but me. Grrrr. Ok. Rant over. At least I'm not gaining. lol

I recommend adding another gauge: body measurements.
I'm down to my last 10# so the weight loss is really slow.
In the last 3 weeks, I lost only 0.4#
BUT I lost 0.5" in my waist, which is AWESOME!
Did your clothes fit a bit better/looser?
Definitely start doing body measurements.
Sometime I measure myself weekly, but weigh in every other week or just once a month.
