Well, that's my last weigh in for a little while. It's period time, yay. Bloated as anything so the weigh in result isn't a surprise. I'm hoping I lose a bit of weight while I'm away - maybe I'm dreaming! Planning on moving lots and taking each decision about food as it comes. I won't be logging after Friday I don't think so here's hoping I don't gain anything at least!

I'd love to join! Only saw the thread now - I've been away from MFP for a while - but I have kept part of a log on my own in that time, so I still have some weights to add in. (I wasn't really losing weight this past month or so though, so..)

Slow week due to illness, BUT! I'm finally below 250 lbs :-D It's been sooooo loooooong since I've been under that weight, that I thought I'd never see it again! I'm definitely happy ^_^!

grrr bread hates me...well, my body hates bread and bread-like items. And I had a sandwich at a graduation party Saturday, pizza that night, and a hamburger bun Sunday. grrr, why do I continue to do this to myself? All it does is eliminate the week's loss. So, rather than using this morning's weight of 145.2 which includes a lot of water weight, I'm using Friday's weight of 142.4.1 -

@nikkit321, if it makes you feel any better, bread LOVES me too - so much that one measly bagel will overstay it's welcome for 3-4 days. How can one food item that weighs a couple ounces in hand turn into a couple pounds in my stomach? I try not to give in to it's spell, but alas, I am only successful occasionally.
