    I had tried doing.. done that for about 1 mnth. Always remained under the goal. Bt i saw no results.. so i stopped doing that too :(

    I use the TDEE method, not MFP's. http://tdeecalculator.net

    Go to that website to calculate your TDEE and eat 500 cal under that and you should be good to go

    It showed me 1600..am eating 1200 evryday. And u're right, i might be calculating my portions and calories wrong. Thats why planning to see a dietocian who can tell me exactly what i shoukd eat and wat time. I have tried a loooott. So doesnt hurt to consult a professional i guess. (No persoanl trainer, i think i can handle the exercise part ;) )

    Hi, I'm 5'5 (probably one of the tallest here lol) & my current weight is 136lbs. I started at 150lbs on the 15th September, so I've lost about 14lbs in just under 6 weeks, (I know, not a huge loss for many of you). My GW is 110-115. That was where I was before my weight gain

    R u serious ? 6 weeks 14 lbs down. And u still dont consoder it huge.. look at me 8 mnths and 8 lbs down only. U made a realllly good progress :)

    I'm on my first day ive just had my 3rd baby and he is now 6weeks old so time to lose it....I'm currently 5th 4" 169lbs and wanna be 140..... Gonna need some support I think...

    I am 5'4" and originally thought my GW was 150..Now I'm at 133 and EXTREMELY happy with where I'm at. I just started lifting, so if I lose a few more lbs that's OK, but I will go no lower than 128.

    How many calories have you been eating and what is your exercise regimen? Because I want to mimic exactly what you did! LOL!

    I'm 5'5" and 155 and keep bouncing around the same 3 or 4 lbs. My GW is 135-140. I know I look good at 135 and don't want to get lower than that. What do I do want is be a toned 135-140 and not a flabby 135-140. :)

    I'm 5'4" and 37. I could use some friends for motivation if any wants to add me. I'm currently at my highest weight at 236. I got down to 189 a couple years ago. Due to a couple medical issues and well, just life, I've gotten to where I'm at. My ultimate goal is 130.

    I just got a Fitbit yesterday and so far I'm loving it. I've been doing weights in the morning and then some elliptical/cardio in the evenings.

    Eat at a caloric deficit! Calculate your TDEE and then subtract 500 and that's the amount of calories you eat a day. If you do that and exercise properly you will get there.

    I'm 5'4! Started my journey at 190. Reached my goal of 132, but gained some of it back. Right now I'm 145 and wanting get down to 138. Not really focusing on the scale anymore -- more of lowering my body fat percentage.

    Also 5'4. Started at 167 down to 150.4 right now. Lowest I've ever been was 127 and honestly it was too skinny. I carry all my weight in my lower half and at 127 I looked super bony up top then. But we all carry our weight differently. I'm aiming for 130 I think. But I was pretty happy when I weighed 135 in all honesty. I've also been having some medical issues do sticking with my current plan has been a lot easier knowing that it's helping me not feel like death warmed over!
