Cod is very easy to cook and has a mild flavor. It can be seasoned with basically anything. Tilapia is another good one that will pick up the flavor of what it is cooked with. Salmon is a little bit trickier but is very good if you get it fresh. My 7 year old inhaled it and ate as much as I did the last time I cooked it.

I'm totally in! I have been doing much better, but my issue is when I get home from work and am just chatting with my mom. I just start eating! The past week has been much better but I've also been working 10 hour days and barely talk to here when I get home.

I've been kind of stuck in a rut but I'm trying to climb out of it and back onto the fitness/weightloss wagon. My measurements haven't really changed since the contest started but at least I know why. I need to just be more consistent with my workouts and keeping a closer eye on what I am eating and how much!

That yoga program is really good. I have done it before and love it. Bob gets your heart pumping and will finish the program sweaty! I also have Jillian's Yoga Meltdown which is also a challenge!

That is a typo. I remember when I hit that day and I thought the same thing. You only need to do 1 set of each exercise, and not 3. If you did 3, you would never finish the workout! How is the program going for you so far?
