When I read threads like these, and then wiki what these cookies are all about, it makes me glad I don't live in the US! Thin Mints and Peanut Butter patties sound like heaven.

Another good tip is to incorporate cocoa powder into your diet - sometimes you can genuinely be craving the nutrients in chocolate such as magnesium. You can get good quality cocoa powder and mix it with with protein powder, smoothies, cottage cheese, yoghurt etc. I have found that this helps me a lot.

2nd. If you put the potatoes under the grill with the cottage cheese is gets delicious and gooey just like regular cheese. Nom.

Sesame oil is delicious to add to stir fry, and/or chilli sauce. I've made cheats pad thai before, you just mix up peanut butter, lime, palm sugar (I used regular), soy and chilli to taste.

Here in NZ you can do online supermarket shopping and get your grocceries shipped to you - I know the supermarket I use sells edamame. Maybe next time you go into the city you could bring a chilly bin (esky) with ice etc and stock up?

I've read that eating cocoa powder (mixed in with your protein, porridge, cottage cheese etc) helps to stop cravings/binges as it contains magnesium and all the other things that chocolate contains.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is on youtube - as suggested earlier, things around the house can be used for weights - bottles of water, cans etc. Good luck!

I'm 5'1 - 5'2 and my goal weight is about 105 - currently 116 and 26 years old. But to be honest, at the end of the day I don't really mind what the scale says as long as i'm happy with how I look.
