I can COMPLETELY identify with you. I think it takes guts just to even give it a try. I think that you are on the right track. Just keep taking those small steps. Oooh, I feel your pain! :) How about curly hair workout hair do's? That is what stumps me the most. I wear a ball cap but that can be aggrivating sometimes. Mabye I should start a new thread for work out hair do ideas????

That is an AWESOME achievement! I have famly members struggling with Diabetes....it sure is tough for them. The side effects (of medications) are awful too. It's so encouraging to see it can be done! Good for you!

Same here...I have higher calorie limit too. All those veggies I eat fill me up and their calorie count is so low. Sometimes I'm at the end of my day with 450 calories left to use...it sure came in handy for chocolate birthday cake yesterday! :) MFP has REALLY opened my eyes!!
