I looked around but didn't find any threads explaining all the common abbreviations used in posts. Things like TTTD and.... Actually I can't even remember what the abbreviations were... Anyone care to help this noob out? Thanks!

TDEE is total daily energy expenditure.
    BMR is basal metabolic rate
    RMR is resting metabolic rate
    NEAT is non-exercise activity thermogenesis
TL;DL is too long didn't read
LOL is laugh out loud... etc.

Basically, if I don't know what it means, I google it.

I think you mean TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). That's how many calories you burn in a day of being you (work, cooking, walking the dog, excercise, etc.)

BMI = Body Mass Index. It's useless, but that's what it stands for.
    BF% = Body Fat %.
TEF = Thermic Effect of Food
SL = StrongLifts (a strength training program)
SS = Starting Strength (another strength training program)
NROL = New Rules Of Lifting
NROLFW = New Rules Of Lifting For Women

It seems like there's a few others that I'm drawing a blank on.
