I am glad you guys are posting about this, I would like to start incorporating protein shakes, i am still trying to lose weight and build muscle... are there specific things I should be on the lookout for?

I agree with this. I also go to the gym in makeup when I go right after work...and i will also wear cute gym clothes one day... we all want to look and feel better, I dont hate on "those" girls, if i had some of their bodies I wouldn't even wear clothes.

I think it is great that you managed to do so much! Try breaking things into chunks. Maybe that will help, you wont be so overloaded with what you want to do. Just do what you can to get back to where you were. It will take a while and cut yourself some slack, don't however, get stuck in your own head. You will be so happy…

I would drink a lot of water to help your body, but you ate badly, move on. Try and try harder... everyone has good AND bad days, no one is perfect all of the time. I used to be a fast food girl too.. STOP. dont eat any more fast food at ALL you will see how much weight you will drop! YOU WILL DO GREAT! I promise!!! Keep your head in the right place, working out gives you energy. You will be surprised... and go out for a quick walk around the block every single time you eat... that takes about 10 minutes and you could do it anywhere..and it might not seem like much but it is more than not doing it.

I would drink WATER.or. just water with lemon, and hit the sauna. Eat clean (NO PROCESSED FOODS) and let your body do its thing for a while. If you are looking for something else, you might want to google recipies for those detox drinks/ soup things. I have never done one. I cant comit to NO solid food. Good luck..
