I have about 80 lbs I need to lose. I lost my dad last year to a massive heart attack and I don't want to continue living an unhealthy life. I need to be there for my little boys. I would love to cheer you on and we can help each other stay motivated.

Remove yourself completely from the situation. She has to learn from her mistakes. Apparently she's not the friend you thought she was. I would never let anyone send nasty messages to my best friend.

Babies make the best weights. Lay down on the floor and play with the baby....lift him up and down....put him on your legs and do leg lifts....You will be bonding and working out all in one step.

My 2 and 3 yr olds are with me (they have no choice). My hubby supports me but want the sweets and junk stuff. I only have one true friend that supports me 100%. She is awesome and is really motivating. You only need that one friend and it makes it soooo much easier.

Exercise doesn't always mean going to the gym or running a marathon. While your sitting at your desk, do leg lifts, arm lifts, etc. Get up and walk when you can. You are exhausted at night because of your weight. The more you lose the more energy you will have. You can do it. You just have to want it!

Tell his friend he needs to get a motel because you are having other guests. Your husband is being nonsupportive and needs to consider your feelings. Its your house too. Tell that friend to shove off!

Fun work out DVDs are great. My 2 and 3 yr olds love doing them with me. I think I burn more calories laughing at them than I do doing the exercise. We take alot of walks outside too. Just be creative. Milk jugs or laundry soap containers make great weights. I could go on and on and on........ :)

It doesnt sound like you're anemic. Maybe Vertigo? Is this only happening when you are at home? If so, do you have a carbon monoxide detector? Slow leaks of gas can cause those issues. It could be alot of things. Be safe, go to the doctor and get checked out. Hope it gets better for ya.

You are losing weight at a healthy rate. You are doing great. Dont get down about any weight loss even if its a half a pound. I also worry about sagging skin but I worry more about just getting healthy. You are getting healthier and thats all that matters.

My weekly goal is 2 lbs. Total weight loss goal is 73. My calories are a little over 1400. I think I need more.

I do take a multivitamin every day. I am drinking ALOT of water. Im trying to watch my cholesterol so I have been limiting my meats. What foods will give me alot of protein without the cholesterol? And I have not eaten processed foods is weeks.
