Sounds like you're eating WAY too little for your activity level! I went through the same thing. Started eating more and dropped 5lbs in 2 weeks. Now i'm back to trying to get that going again! I either end up eating too much or too little...it's driving me crazy! LOL
-
I am the same way! I hope it doesn't last for the rest of my life! You are not alone!

I wish I knew. I've been in a plateau for like 4 months. :( I've maybe lost an inch during that time, but no weight. I've tried everything. Eating more, eating less, working out more, working out less. Nothing has worked so far. It's gotta break eventually. I hope. LOL
-
Thanks for the pick me up! I'm stuck around that area too! For like 3 months i've bounced around from 168-171 too!! It's driving me crazy!! Must be a popular plateau weight!
-
I do it whenever I can, but i do like it better in the morning. Not before i eat though....between breakfast and lunch. It's easier to get it done early, if i wait til afternoon i'm much more tired.
-
Personally, I think you should eat alot more if you're that busy/active. At least 1800 cals.

Congrats! I'm in Gig Harbor, about 30 minutes from McChord. :)
-
I eat popcorn with my lunch instead of chips and stuff like that to save calories. I'm sick of it, but it's great for diets. LOL

Oh man, never heard of this. HILARIOUS!!!!

I just started my TOM today. And I also worked out. Sometimes it really sucks to do it, I feel absolutely drained before I start the workout. But when i'm done I feel better.

I'm always colder now too. Especially after drinking water, but at other times too.

I LOVE walk away the pounds! I have a ton of her dvds! ranging from 1 mile to 4, with all sorts of different difficulty too. I'm taking a break from them now, to try to break through a plateau with a new workout (30 day shred), but i've been doing the walk away the pounds workouts for 5 years now. Easy but very effective!…

Welcome! I'm from Gig Harbor WA! :) Good luck!
-
I am DONE with level 1!! YAY! Looking forward to level 2 tomorrow!
-
Good to hear! Today is my last day on level 1, and although i'm excited, i'm a bit scared to move up! LOL. My 18 month old likes to work out with me. So cute to watch her mimic moves! I don't like when she tries to tickle me/poke my belly button during crunches! HAHA
-
I didn't get to shred yesterday. :( But I did ice skate, so I wasn't that lazy! Today will be level 1, day 9! 2 more days on level 1!
-
Level 1, day 8 done! Plus Walk Away the Pounds, 2 miles. Down 2lbs this week! Feeling great!
-
Today will be level 1, day 8! I've now lost 2lbs this week. YAY! Feel so much better about myself!
-
Wow!! That is so awesome!!! Congrats!

I've been posting in the other thread as well. Today was my 6th day on level 1. I started on Dec 4th (took 1 day off, had an outing with family then came home to no power!). Starting weight was 173. Current weight is 172! yay!
-
Just finished level 1, day 6! It's getting much easier to do, but I still have my trouble spots. Much stronger though! I finally lost a pound too! I've been plateaued for almost a month! ick. I hope the loss continues!
-
Wow, for those burning tons, what's your average of cals eaten?? I find it hard to eat 1800, i bet you guys can eat 2500-3000! I burn about 475 a day working out, and who knows how much dealing with my 3 daughters.
-
Wow, we're totally twins! I have lost 41lbs and my weight has been pretty stuck for the last couple months!! I switched my workout from Walk Away the Pounds to the 30 Day Shred. I hope that gets rid of my plateau! I'm on day 4 of the switch, so I don't know yet if it's working. Good luck to you!
-
Today I will be doing Level 1 Day 4! My sore muscles are almost all gone. YAY. Haven't been that sore (in my thighs) EVER.
-
Congrats!!!
-
I just did my 1st workout. OMG, that was intense! I thought I was in pretty good shape. LOL.
-
OK, that's what I thought. Thanks!
-
PS...does anyone know how many calories are burned doing the workouts???
-
Dammit! I JUST ordered the workout online! I had no clue it was OnDemand! Even though I use OnDemand daily. (Leslie Sansone rules). Oh well, It's always good to have a DVD backup in case they change it. Now I don't have to wait to start it though! YAY
-
I do a 2 mile workout dvd that's 35min (Leslie Sansone is my god) and I also walk to take/ pick up my daughter from the school bus stop, which totals another 2 miles a day (half a mile each way, up/down a hill pushing a stroller). 5 days a week.
