Years, YEARS of low self esteem and food made me feel better. Add general laziness and desk jobs to the mix and I've spent a good of my life over 200 lbs. I lost 60lbs 4 years ago and gained 40 of it back. I've lost 25lbs this time around and plan to keep it off this time!

I try to do most of my food prep on the weekends. I put a whole chicken in the crockpot then pcik all the meat off the bones so I have chicken for meals all week. I cook turkey with both mexican and italian seasoning so I have turkey meat ready for meals. I hard boil eggs, make beans, chop veggies etc so all I have to do…

When my husband is in town we have waffles 3-4 times a day. He really LIKES waffles. When he is out of town I whip out my personal waffle maker at least 3-4 times a week. Waffles are good any way I can get them!

I ran a 5k last weekend. I had to walk some but I still finished it and my time wasn't terrible for a first time. Wouldn't have been able to do it 6 months ago. Congrats on the pics :-)

I wear a watch with one of those stretchy slip on bands. I can spin it around my wrist now. I noticed that I don't have to open my door so far to get in my truck. Helps in a tight parking spot!

I fell off the "eating right" wagon back in September and have struggled to get back on ever since. I also went from exercising 4-5 days a week to 3. I haven't gained any weight but my weight loss has completely stalled. I've committed to getting back to my 5 day workouts and am working to make better food choices again.

went to my usual 6am "bootcamp" circuit training class. It's a 45 minute class that totally kicks my *kitten*! I wear an HRM and usually burn about 450 calories. Today I forgot to turn off my HRM for an extra 10 minutes whether burn was 521 calories. I've been going 3 days a week but am upping it to 5 days a week. So…

Love mine but do wish it was easier to clean. I believe you can get one with interchangeable plates that you can put in the dishwasher but I'm not 100% sure on that. I don't have temp control but have figured out to just shave a couple of minutes off the "standard" cook time. I'll cook a steak for 5-6 minutes and chicken…

I'm guilty of so many of these! Too funny... You might be a fitness pal if.... You prefer to do all the cooking yourself so you know exactly what went into the meal OR if you do eat something someone else made you grill them on ingredients and amounts. I do this to my coworker. It drives her crazy... Lol
