I do not have a photo to show of this right now.

    4 chicken breast/thighs (boneless skinless)
    1c.- 1 1/2c. of Plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (I use the 2% it's only 45 calories)
    1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp slap ya mama (cajun season)
    1 tsp season all
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Preheat oven to 400

In a medium sized mix bowl, mix together your yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Once you have that all mixed together, have a casserole dish ready and coat your chicken nice and thick with the mixture. Put in oven and cook till chicken is done.

Thanks for the recipe. I will have to try this sometime.

any good substitutes for this, I am going to assume I will not find this as I am from Canada. Thanks, but I am doing a trip to the good ole USA soon so may need to try and find this.

    Sounds so yummy.

1/2 tsp slap ya mama (cajun season)
    1 tsp season all

You can buy "Slap ya Mama" seasoning on line - quite reasonable or substitute a Cajun seasoning that you have available to you - same with season all. You might check on line for a knockoff recipe for either spice and make your own - also cheap to do. I make a lot of my own spice mixes (like ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning).

This was AWESOME! I used cheddar cheese because that's all I had. I might decrease the pepper. It was a little peppery for my taste, but oh, what taste! I usually use greek yogurt for smoothies, so it was neat to have it in a savory dish. Oh, and you can tell when it's done because the creamy mixture will hug the sides of the chicken, and there will be clear liquid (water from the cookd chicken) around it. Thank you for the recipe!
