Had similar with chinchillas we had, they could chew through the soft metal spout thing so bought a different bottle and they wouldn't touch it...at all. As chinchillas don't eat wet food we didn't feel like we could leave them any length of time to let them adjust so basically sucked it up and bought the bottle they loved…

hmmm...if you gained weight while stimming then I would be inclined to say no and change your activity level up one in the settings. If however you have a particularly bad day where you're not still at all then you probably could safely log some of it

General rule is...If its above the neck continue to exercise, below the neck and you need to rest up. So if you have a head cold carry on, knock it down a notch if needed but if it has gone to your chest you need to rest and recuperate.

When you are ready just make small changes, slowly...they will add up eventually. MyFitnessPal is just a tool, use it as you see fit
