Well that's what I'm saying, if I was hungry I would eat but I'm usually not, all the water and a workout usually leave me satisfied I will have a protein shake after a good workout but I'm usually not hungry...ESPECIALLY not hungry enough to eat back all of those calories I just burned!!!!

I measure at the smallest spot, not where my pants go. I am a 28.5 reg, & 27 sucking in LOL. My goal is 24 reg 22.5 sucking in. I am sure people think that's already decent, but my hips are only 34.5, bust 34, so until my waist goes down, I'm virtually curve-less & I effin hate it!!! (BTW, I'm 5'4" & currently 136)

I have to do it alone myself, my husband will eat a 1000 calorie danish right in front of me like a tease, & laugh at my "rabbit food" I'm sure he thinks he is hilarious but it hurts sometimes quite a bit. I also can't find any friends to go to the gym or exercise with me.. :'(

So far: 53.38 miles down. I powerwalk/sprint in HIIT's most of the time. :) I hope to get to 80/90 miles by months end.

I too, have found my exercises such as crunches & push ups & whatnot, to be MUCH easier, & I've literally been able to DOUBLE my sets & reps!! With strength training tho, I'm sure your getting a work out. :)
