    I am so proud of myself - I ran a full 5K straight today! It was slow, but I did it! Then I added some walking after that. Yay!

    I did a another quick 3 mile run today. Wanted to do a long run over the weekend but looking at my schedule I'm going to be lucky to move at all. As ever I will do my best to stay in the green LOL!

    Walked the crazy dog 6.5 miles today. D'ya think that will get him to let me sleep past 5:15 AM? :noway:

    Gonna try a long run (well, long for me) tomorrow. We'll see; the weather is supposed to be questionable at best.

  • So far: 53.38 miles down. I powerwalk/sprint in HIIT's most of the time. :) I hope to get to 80/90 miles by months end.

    Behind on where I wanted to be, but still pressing on. I'll get there, come hell or high water.

    I'm 1/3 of the way through the month, and nearly a third of the way to my goal. Not bad!

    *grumbles* At the halfway point in time, but 6 miles short in distance. Time to pick up the pace. Joined a gym that's almost exactly one mile away, so I'll be adding that extra bit several times a week. I'll get there, I think, but it may be a push at the end to do it.

    Took a day off yesterday, but did a little extra this morning.

    6.48 elliptical and cycle this morning.

    63.673 down and 11.327 miles left to hit my goal.

    I upped my usual walk to 3.5 miles this morning - knees couldn't quite take 4 miles so I am happy with a bit of an increase. I have now walked 21.5 miles this month; :smile:
