he lives in greece so i'm assuming this is where the pic is taken...
Basketball on Saturday, a swim in the sea (see the pic of the beach below) & a long walk on Sunday, and a ride to work this morning. Will add some more miles in the afternoon, I'm gonna have to ride back home anyway.

This is Marathon Bay in Greece. Athens is behind Mt Penteli in the background. It's just a 40 minute drive to this place from where I live, so depending on the weather and my free time I try to train here once or twice a month . The water is warm enough for swimming year round in a wet suit, at least 6-7 months a year in a bathing suit or less.

Wow, Dinos, that is seriously gorgeous. I went to a wedding in Bodrum, Turkey several years ago and the water looked very similar there. You're so lucky!!

... 4.5 mile run (intervals) this evening (ticker updated). Going pretty well this month - maybe 65 might have been a bit low. I'll leave it as is for now though (just in case) and up it again for July!

    thinktank: Congratulations!!!

A walking day for me today. 5.8 miles, and, yes, I'll call it sweltering heat. Followed by 4 hours of gardening. Give me a beach with blue water and surrounding mountains, where I can swim in a bathing suit or less 6 - 7 months out of the year--PLEASE!

No I have not fallen off the edge of the planet! Just really blew my knee out on Friday and cannot put in any miles for a while. Maybe slow biking in a few days, depending on what is the extent of the damage.

    sigh...
