*grumbles* At the halfway point in time, but 6 miles short in distance. Time to pick up the pace. Joined a gym that's almost exactly one mile away, so I'll be adding that extra bit several times a week. I'll get there, I think, but it may be a push at the end to do it.0 -

I upped my usual walk to 3.5 miles this morning - knees couldn't quite take 4 miles so I am happy with a bit of an increase. I have now walked 21.5 miles this month;0
