there is so much other crap that you put into your body every day that you should be MORE worried about... GMOs, artifical dyes, etc. Buy organic eggs and eat the yolk. It's fine. Cut out more of the processed stuff instead.

I drink water - so if my belly rumbles, I'll drink some water, usually about 8z and if it still rumbles, then, I'll eat something. But i'm always conscious on if I can actually eat something based on calories left in my day... Also exercise - it helps with hunger pains.

You need to eat your calories... one day you only had 300 calories - that's not good. Your given your calories allowance for a reason - eat the calories given, not the ones burned off - and make sure you track EVERYTHING. Measure out your portions.

Red Lobster... The biscuts - 150 each ( Popeyes is 220!!) The soup - 220 The salad - 270 Main dishes are well over 1000 and their desserts, PFT! I was SHOCKED that I coud easily consume over 1000 calories in one sitting eating only 1/2 of each meal.

I think cheat meals slow down weight loss but i don't think that's a bad thing. It's all about slow and steady. Besides, I find most of the time if you don't give into a cheat meal, it'll turn into an obession that will turn into something even worse. So have a good meal. Don't feel gulity. I have 2 main stand bys... 1) 2 scrambled eggs and 1 cup of fruit. Lately canteloupe but any fruit works. 2) Chobani Greek Yogurt and 1 cup of fruit. Not nearly as filling as the eggs...but I'll eat the fruit 1st and an hour later eat the yogurt. That helps a bit.

Also think about all the time it took to get your body to where it's at today... You didn't gain all the weight in a week and it won't come off in a week either. Every morning... but i only record it and have it "count" on Friday mornings. But i do it every day to see if i'm doing well or if i'm eating too much and need to stop. One thing that frustrates me is that days after i run, even though i'm WAYYY below my calroie intake i NEVER lose. It pisses me off.
