26 June 231 - 5 lbs lost for the month goal hit. Saw a bit of a plateau in the for a couple weeks, def kept seeing physical improvements, just not the weight loss.0 -
Ok here's my stats. The scale I've been using broke, so I've got a different one. It gave me a 2 pound difference from my old scale but all well. More incentive to work harder!
EDIT: Got a new scale mid June. Same model I had that broke, but different make.
So here's my stats from the scale I have to use now.
SW: 318.5
CW: 293.0
GW: 288.0
Short Term GW: 250
UGW: 180

Oh, I am 23 and 5'11
Weigh-ins are Sundays, but I did one today since it's the 1st day of June so here they are.
6/1 = 293.0
6/3 = 291.5
6/10 = no weigh in. Was in Hospital with my son for 9 days
6/17 = 292.5
6/26 = 288.0

This month has turned out to be really crazy. My 6 month old baby spent 9 days in the Children's Hospital with pneumonia. I gained lots of water weight while I was there with him. It fell off within a few days and I'm back on track now. I'll do my official weigh in on Wednesdays, so tomorrow. Then I'll do the final weigh in for the challenge on the 30th!0 -

After a slow start to the month I have met and exceed my target of a 3lb loss this month! I couldn't believe it this morning when I weighed myself to see that I had lost three pounds in the last week - it was a big (and pleasant) surprise for me!
Thanks again for the challenge - I will look forward to joining again next month. I am currently 4lbs off my initial goal weight so that will be my target for next month

This 5# would put me at my first personal goal! I also do what another post said, weigh a couple times a week to make sure i did ok with sodium intake and such the prior day, I adjust my day accordingly after.
I'm setting small goals for myself in hopes that it keeps me motivated.

I've struggled for months only losing a pound here and there so, I think I've finally found the amount of calories that actually works for me! The next 2 weeks will be a true test with my work schedule. I'll have my lunch and dinners catered with no opportunity to bring my own food.0 -

I will weigh in tomorrow on the last day of June. I forgot to weigh this morning when I got up. I've been at the hospital with my parents this week - my dad had a complete knee replacement - so I haven't done a lot of exercising except walking the hallways of the hospital!0

HUGE NSV!!! I checked my BMI and I am no longer Obese - I'm OVERWEIGHT!!! Can't tell you all how very many years that has been since I saw this weight!
My 4th half marathon went amazingly well on June 2(the first one where I will weigh under 200 pounds) where I shaved 14 minutes off my PB (personal best). What a difference 30 pounds makes!
After so long without scale movement it is hard to believe!
I haven't weighed this low in over 15 years!
I just might make it this month!!!
OK - so I didn't make it, but I am finally off of a very long pleateau so I'm happy. On to Lose 5 Pounds in July Challenge!
