http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ I used this for the first 3 months of my journey then I bought a fitbit. Turns out the free calculator was dead on! I would never give up my fitbit though! I absolutely love it! Hope that helps!

I'm 5'1 I eat between 1700 and 2000 calories a day depending on my activity level at the time. Ive lost 33lbs. I think Dan is a hero as well as Kiki & lucia from EM2WL. These 3 people saved me from starving myself to lose weight. Maybe im special!! or maybe your WRONG!!!! And did not have the patience it requires to repair…

The EM2WL website/ group reccomends the scooby calculator. I used it when i started out. then i bought a fitbt. Turns out scoobys site was dead on. Ive seen lots of other people say the same. 3824 could definately be right. I would go with a 10 - 15 % cut though. Its easier to maintain. Takes alot of the bingeing / craving…

Love this!! ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Congratulations on your success !! I am 5'1 You are an inspiration! I eat 1800 a day and am losing steadily. i will eat between 2000 and 2100 to maintain when im done losing! :drinker:
