I use the menu planner app. It has both App for IOS and website . You can enter your recipes, nutrition info serivings etc. and store a pic of the meals for those visual people. Then you add your recieps to the menu for the week and it will add the ingreedients to your shopping list. It takes some set up, but I love it.

I am currently using the Fitbit one. (started out with the original but ti broke then got an ultra and it broke) but customer service was great :) I like the one it keeps me motivated and i like being able to see how active my friends are, the size is way better than your $10 pedometer at target, and it syncs with my phone…

Maybe you should get back to teaching vs judging... I am sure as a teacher and someone who was sent to enlighten us, you are familiar with the food pyramid. And a balanced diet contains 0-3 servings of fats/snacks/oils. Are you going home with the kids to ensure that they are eating bowls of fruits and veggies and going to…

Heavy bag for sure. Our gym just got one and I have to say I have not needed as much wine :) LOL I get a little ansty if I do not get my HB work out. I try and do yoga, and I KNOW my body needs to be more flexable, but I am not a sit still and focus person so it kinda kills me to do yoga, but I really try and balance it…

If you can eat it in moderation, it is fine. Some people get a bite and then go into food zombie mode. Like me after easter candy :( I really do not block out any foods... but I should not bring easter candy into my house :) it is my pitfall. but yes in moderation it is fine. get a little more exercise today, and make…

how about a good self defense class :) If you make good choices when you are out and about, you should be fine. Pick a well lit route, don"t wear headphones so you can listen to your surroundings, if you can not find a buddy, find a friend that gets up or is awake the same time you are so you can do a call/text when you…

I would drink it, probably limit myself to half. I am not a teacher but things come up in my daily life that are unexpected like lunch with a friend a neighbor who stops by with a treat taking the kids out for a celabratory snacks. I either suck it up and eat reasonably, work a little harder that day and eat lighter the…

Oddly I am more embarrassed about my stomach hanging out of the bottom of my shirt on a daily basis, or while nursing than my my boobs....I guess I am just more self conscious of my stomach! I had twins neither who would tolerate a cover well, nor did I care for it. it just caused more problems for us,. I would use it to…

I got a 60 beat blue heart rate monitor off of amazon and have had it a few weeks and like it alot. the price was right, it does not require a donagle and works off of blue tooth lite so it does not zap the battery with one work out. I can also use it on my iphone along with my blue tooth headphones with out any problems…

I had a c/s and my "rec check" shows that mine muscles are separated significantly. I would love if anyone has links for exercises to close them up :) I have the tupler book :( but looking for stuff that I can incorporate at the gym...

take a warm bath in with 1-2 cups epsom salt and it will help relax the muscles.
-
1 cup epsom salt in bath water. and soak You can also mix epsom salt in warm olive oil (grind it if you are having problems getting it to break down) and spot treat by massaging the epsom oil into your problem area. Works like a charm and water :)
