    I go to the gym to TRAIN not to pick up a date. I got a good woman at home so that category is filled. I go for one reason and that is to improve my physique

    Fair enough. People always think I'm hitting on them if I stand too close, or make eye contact. Sometimes I'm just not aware of what I'm doing. Now I have to act like a douche so they will know I'm not attracted to them. Try to stand two treadmills away :tongue:

    I use them to get some blood moving. I will do a few min before I start my weights
    usually try to find one with no one around

    your doing it all wrong..wait till shes squatting, and about the 8th rep when shes struggling, you spot her. I mean she cant get mad at you because she knows dam well that 9th rep wasnt happening.

    This is so what came to mind!!! when I am on the treadmill and they are all open and someone has to walk right next to me. it is one thing if they are full. But I think urinal rules apply.

    I don't care if you're next to me, just maintain a respectful distance and don't get chatty - I'm busy. Simple greetings are fine. And if you touch me, I might scream and you may be injured. (I wouldn't necessarily do it on purpose. That's just my reflex. Instinct, I guess. I can't have strangers touching me.) Those are my rules. Carry on.
