I did Level 2 today for the first time. Boy. That was tough but i think i needed it to be to stay motivated. I can't wait for my endurance to improve.

I totally forgot that I was doing level 2 today =( I did level 1 lol, but the pushups and jumping rope are still hard for me so it wasnt a waste. I might do level 2 later today or the 6week6pack.

Glad to see so many people doin the shred! I'm starting Level 2 tomorrow and I'm thinking about start her Six Week Six Pack on top of it. My yoga class is today so I'm feeling very inspired by the brand new week as always.

I would limit your range of motion a bit during the activities that make your knees sore. Jumping rope, I find, is quite rough on the knees. Perhaps you can barely come off the ground during the jumping rope until your supporting muscles get stronger? Or just stand on your tip toes each time they jump for a calf…

I'm a paleo college student in a house with people that don't eat the same way I do. I just have go to recipes that I cycle through and I eat left overs a ton.

I dont think you should believe the machines as far as calories, get a HR monitor. Also, how "good" or "bad" your workout is doesnt necessarily have anything to do with burning more calories.
