On Sunday I put my Fitbit back on and started tracking food again. Long term I would like to lose ~20 lbs. My mini goal is to track honestly for a full week and get 30 mins of exercise 5 days this week. My week “ends” on Sunday and I’m on my way! PS: I really like this mini-goal idea!

Looking for friends and support too! I just got back to using mfp after 2 years away! Adding you now :)

Hey OP, I'm also struggling at the moment. But I've done it before and it gets easier. Need a new friend or more support? I'm always open...add me!

5'0, lost 25 lbs a year ago, and yoyo'd back about 15 of those....looking to get to 110 ish! add me!

I'm five foot 0...SW: 139, CW: 117-ish. I thought my goal was 115, but now that I'm near it I think I could go to 110. I'm pretty curvy still, my butt and boobs are still hanging around...add me for support if you like!

I'm in! 5" zero, SW: 139, CW: 118, original goal was 115, but now that I'm near, I think 110 is more feasible. I'm near the end but could always use more support :)

Hi!, I'm 27, 5 feet, and my start weight was 139-ish.... Feel free to add me :)

I also "only" have 24-ish lb to lose. And let me tell you, that small amount is taking me forever to get rid of! So I understand how hard it can be. Can't wait til I finally can post in success stories. Congrats!

Toronto! feel free to add :)

Hi! I'm only 5 feet tall too....SW was 139 ish, CW is 122 ish, hoping to get down to 115 (ish). Seem to be hitting a dreaded plateau at the moment. My profile has before/during pics. Face only. Too shy for body...maybe at goal? Feel free to add me OP :)

Would LOOOOVE to hear the answer to this. I'm in a similar boat as you OP. 5 feet, CW 122, looking to be 115-110. I feel like my belly has not gone anywhere yet. Jeans are fitting better, jackets are fitting better, shirts still stretch over the belly. I do yoga 2x a week, and 30DS 2-3x a week, as well as live a relatively…

HA! this post made my day!

I've never stuck with anything as long as I have stuck with this (over 3 months!). I feel pretty good about that, but it's still a struggle. I have to say I like logging the food and I let myself go over my cals here and there. If it comes down to having a piece of chocolate or getting discouraged/feeling limited and…

Also losing post wedding weight! I was also a part of the 30DS group and I'm really excited to be a part of this new support group. I'm a 27 year old high school teacher and like everyone here I have no time for anything. Ever. Haha. I totally fell off the wagon with 30DS so I'm hoping this group will help me get back on…

This is the worst!! I teach high school. We have hall monitors so if it were an emergency I would call them. But generally I go like 2 seconds before the day starts, before and after lunch (to be safe!) and just wait it out til my afternoon prep. I'm a bit camel-y though - I've always been able to hold it. Realizing this…

I should start by saying that I love cottage cheese so I wouldn't try to hide it lol. Ditto to the above poster: putting it though the blender would make it less chunky, and you can easily use it in recipes that call for ricotta (like manicotti, lasagna, blintzes etc.). You could also use it in a smoothie instead of…

I'm on level 2 of 30DS - it's alllll plank. plank is my life! I'm stronger than before, and I'm sure there is some muscle building behind the protective layer. But MAN am I tired of the protective layer. PS Thanks for the advice/support everyone.

yoga 2x a week 30DS or other workout videos 2-3x a week Both good for core, and both incorporate strength and cardio. It's just really frustrating me right now.

Stop hating your body! it's a lot nicer than you think it is! and it gets a lot worse :ohwell: ! haha ok, half kidding on that last point (maybe i should follow that advice now?)

Looks great! I'm meat free in the house so I'll be trying this soon!

Feel free to add me! My name is also Steph, I'm also 27, and I live in Toronto :)

ha! love this

Even though I've had a lot of trouble sticking to it, I really appreciate having this group behind me! I just started level 2 and I'm hoping to be done with it in a week or so (I hate it, like many of you!), then on to 3! Thanks for starting the group! All of you have been great :)

Absolutely amazing! Congrats and good luck with the rest :)

You guys can all add me! I'm happy to add friends. I'm working on losing the weight sensibly and consistently. I don't cut out any foods (I had pizza for dinner last night!) but I try to watch portions. Looking forward to supporting you!

I'm 13 lbs down, and on a small frame that should make a big difference. But feel the same way as you, OP. I'm stronger and more fit for sure, but I'm still wearing the same size clothes as almost 3 months ago, and I don't feel any smaller. I didn't really take before pics or measurements (I guess because I never really…
