Yes it can. I myself eat good foods and when I let myself have a treat, I usually end up with the same problem. Once our bodies get used to eating "good" foods you will notice when you eat the bad stuff, everything gets out of whack.

It is not good to miss breakfast. Once you wake up, eat something as they say it wakes your body from sleep mode and helps kick in your metabolism . The only way I will eat pork chops now is by buying the thin breakfast pork chop cuts and trim off any visible fat then cook it on med heat with a very small amount of olive oil. I LOVE pork chops but they are not good for us so when I get the craving for them, this is what I do. Hope this helps a little bit.

Are you taking a multivitamin? You might be in need of something you're not getting from food. Drink lots of water too. Otherwise, you might want to check with your doctor.

I make a ground turkey spaghetti with the whole grain noddles. Just watch your serving size when you eat :) I also make tacos with turkey meat and a meatloaf.
