Hi guys and girls! I post a progress pic every couple months. I finally hit my 50 pounds lost mark about 2 weeks ago and thought I'd share my progress! I have been DILIGENTLY tracking my food and exercise, and I'm also taking spin, kickboxing, yoga, and zumba! I'm hoping to REALLY tone up and lose the 50 pounds by the end of the summer.
