Beef is at a redic price around me so we just started using turkey because of that. Now we prefer it for the most. I love turkey burgers. I mean, I like beef burgers and lamb burgers... I guess you can say we love burgers. We make turkey burgers often because around here we can get lean group turkey cheaper than lean group beef. Beef around here is a redic price sometimes.

I search for something like it. We buy soup that's made in bulk from a local store. Nothing on it about calories. I find that trying to find something that matches it is better than not logging at all.

You can eat whatever you want as long as you're willing to eat it agian. We have a house hold of two so I normally eat dinner and then end up eating the same thing for lunch. I never log. I can normally get in at least 1200 calories alone in liquids. Between orange juice and 7up my "diet" is blown. I just worry about getting better.

@bbb251 if it wasn't for coffee I feel like my fasting days would never make it. Sometimes I use cream but mostly I drink it black. But it's really something that kills all my morning hunger!

For the most part if I crave it I eat it. I find it easy to plan into my day as long as I take time to think about what I'm eating. I had a long weekend away from the computer. Work has me exhausted. I ate like doodoo over the weekend and drank... a lot. Fasted yesterday and will again tomorrow. Interested in seeing what my weigh in this week will be like.

I'm just going to move my fasting days around thanksgiving. For Halloween I'm not too worried. I've had halloween chocolate in the house for weeks now and I've been fine. And for Christmas I have family flying in this year so I might just skip that week all together.

So far goals are good this week. Did my two fasting days with out going over. Lost one lb, which I'm overly happy with. My fasting days were different days this week due to things we have to do this week and that worked really well. Now I just have to get through the weekend!

Week three down 1lb which means down a total of 10 lbs. I'm super happy with this number. Last weekend was an eat fest plus TOM so I'm feeling lucky that I lost anything :D

I haven't been doing this too long but my biggest NSV now is just - no more binging. I do feel that over powerful ZAMG I'M HUNGRY AND NEED TO EAT EVERYTHING RIGHT MEOW! The fasting days have just really helped with my hunger.

For me I have my diary set up at 1.5lb a week to lose. I go from sed to lightly active depending on what my fitbit is looking like. And then I eat that number and then some of any I burn.
